                "Mankind owes to the child the best that it has to give"  With these words as a bedrock, Geneva convention adopted the rights of a child through the endorsement of the League of Nations General Assembly on 26th September 1924 followed by its declaration in 1959.  It was initially adopted by INTERNATIONAL SAVE THE CHILDREN UNION on 23rd February,1923. I was going   through Patents as a branch of Intellectual Property laws and I got filled with probing questions unanswered. Before I commence with these questions, I would have to first discuss my views on Patent Law.  According to me," Patent is a monopoly right granted by the state  (has to be a state recognized as sovereign and absolute both internally and externally) to an inventor for a limited period of time for a sole reason of making public the invention made''. Some 15 years back, at any time I watch the big screen, I thought of what on earth I could possibly be, I hated the slightest hearing of primary education, not to talk of all that it is about. I loved to learn informally, though formal in a way. Not in a classroom, any where else.... Nature for sure took its course, and I had to grow up, finding the interest to study law and to bear its risks.  For me, the subject of law is a risk which anyone who undertakes it should be prepared to face its outcome with head held very high.
